Inks have got wide range of applications. They are prepared in different color using different color dyes and other ingredients. Gel inks are another type of inks which are becoming popular nowadays. Papers, Master sheet (poly master) ‏, Kerosene, Ink, Sabeena (soap solution) are some of the required raw materials being used for the purpose of printing and other such options. There are certain types of ink which cannot be erased as such.

Hence where ever durability is required and where ever things need not be erased there inks can be used and they were invented for this purpose basically.
